Once the mine is going, get your first or second shipment out. When you actually start making some money and you know everything is running smoothly and the market along with shareholders are happy (reflected by a higher share price then the current 27c) THEN YOU START LOOKING AT EXPANDING THE RESOURCE WITH STAGE 2.
Take it easy, everything was going well.
Just let business take its course and don't rush things.
