I think you are correct - under guidance notes 16 4.4 - they should have quoted a date....
the asx should have requested one - and the absence is ;
1. an oversight
2. confirmation that the delay is to be less than a day... (implied -it is a short amount of time)
So someone should either question the company or the asx IMHO
