REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Structural Monitoring Systems plc (ASX: SMN) requests a voluntary suspension be placed on the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding the completion of a capital raising to fund a material acquisition.
The Company expects that the voluntary suspension will remain in place until such time that the Company can release the announcement.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
