Seems to be more discussion here the less we know ...
Within the trading halt not even price movement to guess at what the market is rating the finance chances are. The finance deal is important now not only for the money they most likely need, but also presuming the financier knows more about the current status of the mine and production in order to sign off on the deal. If the funding goes through on better terms then it is most likely a vote of confidence. If it is secured by all assets then maybe dubious. If the financing falls through then ...

As others have said the deciding factor on any share price recovery (or share price at all) is them getting the high grade ore up and the costs down, making a cash profit at least. This funding deal may be the only indication we get of this before the quarterly, given the history there.
