"Playing shareholders"? You reckon PC and MF have time for that sort of rubbish? Why are you still here if you have such low expectations of our management?
I would bet the house that your detailed analysis (!) is not accurate in any way.
If the deal wasn't completed, one would expect that IAM would have gone in to Voluntary Suspension prior to commencement of trade. That's how they've done it before, and how most companies do also when the TH period is concluded without a material announcement.
IMHO, the deals are done, but IAM are working through the announcement with ASX - hence why the VS announcement didn't land until 40 mins after the start of trade. I just hope that we don't get bitten by the naming issue once again. I was of the understanding that we'd addressed that matter in late 2017.
I reckon we'll get the announcement in a few hours time once they have finessed the messaging with the ASX, but have been wrong before!
