They really need this sale to go through.
They owe money to KOPEX for drilling.

Looking at the bottom of the half yearly accounts in the section note 10 contingent liabilities it states, "Shareholders must be aware that if repayment terms for the Kopex Loan cannot be agreed then the matter may be referred to arbitration and the Company could face insolvency in the event of an adverse ruling or settlement".

Not good if terms cannot be reached.
