How words can come back to bite you (me) in the butt lol.
I suspect the suspension has nothing to do with the sale of TCM, nor the announced acquisition of NEC (after all, this was originally announced in December 2015) but more importantly the recent loans to NEC.
I've previously stated my unhappiness about the loan to NEC mentioned in the September Quarter 5B and then to see this again in the December Quarter 5B, knocked me for six. The additional loans to NEC made the rights issue raising, appears as though it was raised solely for the benefit of NEC. PZC shareholders don't even have a binding MOU with NEC, yet I am concerned NEC is being treated as though it's already a wholly owned subsidiary.
At this stage, I can not see how the BOD directors pf PZC are operating in the best interests of PZC shareholders is beyond me. True independence needs to be demonstrated by the BOD.
I feel something needs to be done urgently before any proceeds of TCM are received and squandered away by NEC via a new loan. I'm considering options on the best way forward.
To put words in to action, i'd love to know how many shares those in HC own, to assist me to way up the options available to us, it would be appreciated if you could email me your shareholding size and holder name to
