Yeah it indicates IF it is what it seems to be , they are either smart and savvy getting into a better position and bides well for confidence and makes me worry that the "amount" down there is already known and kept very secret like all business doings you would expect so they can be in front of others. The real question is the difference between a "good" well and a "extreme quantity" well and i dont think anyone knows that for sure. Of course all this is what we are perceiving just from bits and pieces we see; what is really going on may just be the well test and a better deal for Botswana stuff and thats it. Becoming a struggling company starting in a few weeks just like so many others.. We will just have to wait more thats the only thing we know for sure.
