Re: Request For Voluntary Suspension
On 28 June 2018 Greenpower Energy Limited (ASX: GPP) requested a trading halt pending the release of an announcement relating to a proposed acquisition.
The Company now requests a voluntary suspension for up to 2 trading days and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2:

• -  GPP is seeking to complete a proposed acquisition
• -  Currently the term sheet for the proposed acquisition has been prepared and is awaiting
  signature from the vendors which is anticipated to be received later today
  Upon GPP receiving the signed term sheet GPP will seek to release a detailed announcement, lift the suspension and resume trading.
  The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market about the suspension
