I'm certain any company would like the ability to CR at a higher rate then have to flog off heaps of shares at a lower rate?
They don't have to say anything until it's signed. If they had to say anything before then wouldn't we be seeing an announcement each time they went back and fourth for negotiations in that case. It's been 'close' for the past 6 months so no reason for the halt all of a sudden.
Must be a leak somewhere because there was literally nothing saying it was any closer than it has been in the last 6 months.
Only annoyed because I can't buy more.
