I, for one, am not yet convinced.

If we take part of Kain's words -"It is our belief that the
strong flow rates from these wells will go a long way
towards filling the initial target for the field set by the
operator of 6 000 000 cubic field a day (i.e. 6,000 mcf/d)"

then it is my belief that the critical word is "initial".

The final daily flow rates will depend on how much gas
is down there and on how many more wells they are
prepared to drill. Clearly NEO needs short term cash
so it is not unreasonable to expect them to connect
up existing wells to a gas pipeline before going ahead
and drilling more wells.
