All this just because the quarterly revenue, on strong growth, was about $1.7M below an over-enthusiastic forecast. The CF+ forecast was over-hyped and the failure to hit it is over-hyped. The critical question is whether management negligently financed the company so tightly by reference to a volatile share price that they are now forced to re-finance in a fire-sale market.
