gosh! I guess the new shares would be issued at around 10c! even if they raise $20m now, if no improvement within 12 mths, the company would have another cash burn crisis! bIg jump in sales is just not happening. If it goes into liquidation, I doubt if I would ever invest in small caps penny stocks again! It just seems that there are many crap companies are out hungry for cash to fund their dreams!!
