TRUST has finally all but gone for me dont think will ever fully gain trust what this existing management team say or do. I started loosing it long time ago when wp started bringing in all his big pharma folks felt poor fit for small medtech(taking away immunotherapies piece). They either need to take a pay haircut immediately the linked and aligned to performance milestones. No problem with high rewards for high performance at that stage but hey dont take this as an ATM anymore. Just hoping there is now a new search for new ceo and management team to bring it out of this mess we are in that we give me more trust going forward. I believe the technology is superior just execution has been reactive and unstable. Getting qualified medtech executives to run going forward believe will help company here.
