Obviously change needs to occur
Im just wondering how the mechanics will occur
CEO or "president" Mr Paterson and Mr Seaburg ( Chairman ) are US based - am unsure who came first but probably know each other well
Am wondering if the Chairman has the apitude to change Mr Patersons employment ?
Only other directors are OZ based - Catherine appears to have been "pushed" into role at Rattys sudden departure ( company has to have two Aust based directors )
-Simon Buckingham is maybe the best hope to get change
Minderoo / Soul Pats etc need to start having a voice
