The following comes from WOF's last announcement to the ASX:
"Accordingly, the Company requests continued voluntary suspension under Listing Rule 17.2 until the Company is able to update the ASX and the Company’s shareholders regarding its board composition which is expected to be on or before 13 August 2018."
Seems ASIC have not noted the date has lapsed, don't care, or don't want to face it.....
