No, that's not correct... yet.
1) Suspension started today. A Trading Halt, which existed up until this morning, is a different thing.
2) In order for us to be in breach of the CN we need to be suspended from trading on the ASX for more than 15 consecutive trading days (source - p.13).
Management will need to be very careful to not forget about this, if they don't want to get tripped up in the future.
