appreciate the considered contribution - fantastic. however I'm not entirely convinced by the value of cash being treated the same as equity as such. I owned a few companies that briefly had cash reserves greater than their market cap - but that didn't last too long. And before you immediate think that's because they were good value ... it was because they spent their cash. companies always spend their cash.
I think I read CUB post this once - they'd do well to sell Windarra and/or Cerebus to help fund their start up. Without state act approval unfortunately they won't get much for it.
