the only problem there is that 6c is based on a set number of shares. if that base number of shares increases then the 6c per share is not really a valid comparison.
only that there is someone interested willing to pay $57m for the whole.
I'm hopeful too that they can have a hybrid funding model but if you were an offtake partner willing to part with cash upfront you need to know they have the rest to deliver on the promise
