Marindi Metals Limited (ASX: MZN) “Marindi” or “the Company” requests a suspension of its securities to allow further time to prepare an announcement to the ASX for exploration results from the Forrestania Lithium Project.
For the purpose of Listing Rule 17.2 Marindi provides the following information in relation to the request;
1. Marindi requests that the suspension remains in place for two days or until an announcement is released and the Company requests the suspension be lifted;and
2. Marindi is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request
