The ANS extension until 14 Sept means that they are tied up in this, and their with words like “possible fund raising and strategic investment”. Price sensitive NO…
Just could be another ploy to stop the Convention being taken off of them for a bit longer.
Maybe better for the Cam Govt to take it off them and make a deal directly with the Chinese?
