Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2 the Company provides the following information in relation to this request:

1. The reason for the request for voluntary suspension is for the Company to manage its continuous disclosure obligations in relation to the initiation of gasification at the Leigh Creek Energy Project.
2. The Company requests the voluntary suspension to continue until the earlier of the release of the announcement, or commencement of trading on Thursday 4 October 2018.
3. The event that will end the voluntary suspension is the announcement referred to in the second paragraph above.
