It's fairly common practice to go into voluntary suspension if nothing comes of the trading halt.
LCK may have wanted to strip all those donkey bids going down as low as 8c from the depth charts and start fresh with news.
Delay yes, problematic I don't think so - In the scheme of things what's one extra day for long term believers in the project.
