No body knows. But as one of the posters pointed out the wording of a ‘milestone’ is most likely indicated for positive news.
All investors would like to hear something about the funding and we all hope this would be relevant to that. The timing is about right for something like that in particularly if a CDR is completed then all the cost and launch time frame is clear
