Pretty much agree - i mean the app itself might not process these results  - but simply comparing the result from the gold standard results from USA (column 1) versus what the app said in respect of the same patient (column2) is a fairly simple, even manual task - especially as they were ready and waiting. The only issue I can see is that they havent received the results from the USA yet (at all) which is unlikely, or MAYBE what they get from the USA is the specific results of the various tests which are part of the "Gold Standard" and its up to RAP to figure out what these mean - ie positive or neg from Pneumonia etc. I cant see that being the case though given this should have been done in the individual hospitals by the doctors at the time.
