There will have to be an announcement tomorrow. Either the results we are all hanging out for, or an extension of the VS, hopefully accompanied by an explanation of the reason for the delay. As long as the information is presented to the market before the VS is lifted, RAP can give the information to anyone while the VS is in place.

As MSIMaker said, holders are locked in and buyers are locked out until the VS is lifted. The VS is in place so that no-one can act on any information until the infomation has been presented to the market.
