I suspect they haven’t secured the amount they need and are rounding the bases once more with cap in hand.
I’d be cautious too as those who tipped in millions at 11c and 10.5c certainly haven’t seen a return yet.
What is somewhat promising is the millions of shares that were offered at those levels weren’t dumped at a loss so it suggests most of what was raised is still held.
