The company always goes wrong when there is a politics and favouritism. It can't be co-incident that everyone in management is chinese or Asian. Now it really looks funny when they clearly says in annoucement that they are looking for an Australian Director. They should concentrate for recruiting some one who is charismatic rather than looking for nationality of a Director. They should be looking for someone who has deep knowledge, experience and proven past achievements of this Industry instead of looking for his degrees or qualifications
