Never mind about the cynicism. What does the announcement MEAN? Did we get the mineral rights for the recent applications ( => price might go up) or did the committee say no for some reason (=> price might drop further)? Or has the committee not announced a decision yet (no announcement => trading is suspended until imminently expected announcement DOES come)?
