    I couldnt agree more. They can't lie about financial position otherwise its class action time.  So I'm confident that side of things isnt an issue.

    should it be a coincidence that more drill results came through mid CR, can the company disclose that during CR negotiations before they inform the market?

    how does listing rules regarding voluntary suspensions affect announcements of a SP sensitive nature?
