but now the cap raising has occurred you say "its great news imo" 

also you say "20-30 drill holes being assayed with results pending and phase 2 drilling underway" - going on Troy's own statements it is 20 drill holes completed but not assayed and 14 of them are from the phase 2 drilling campaign.

Notwithstanding the merits for raising this money, the timing and speed of this action I suspect may have rattled confidence in this company. We now know for a fact that they had one near-death liquidity experience last year. They need some good assay results from Ohio Creek sooner rather than later to settle the nerves imo.
