    I have been out most of the afternoon/evening and come back to see no announcement.

    Irrespective of if the eventual announcement is a further extension, good news or bad news one thing for certain is the totally indifference displayed by the BOD towards its shareholders.

    IMO you can not sugar coat their total lack of consideration.
