    Hi Geo,

    I have been wondering this myself for many months now, I do believe a change at the helm would be good for the Company, and in my opinion, this is a possibility however my gut feeling is that most of the current shareholders will cease to be shareholders through a restructuring that brings about such a change. I hope I am wrong.
