Yakka1980 re-read you last sentence and ask YOURSELF why you inserted this and who you meant to slight even though you claim otherwise!!
Most likely all the non- holders were ONCE shareholders who have sold out after incurring great losses. They have every justification and right to be critical of the total lack of the Co’s performance due to mismanagement imo.
Of their shareholding dilution.
Of their share price wipeout.
They are justly and rightly speaking openly here about the disgraceful remuneration packages enjoyed by RM and BOD.
Share holders, non-holders, potential investors, the readers of HC and the broader investment market expect to be kept informed at all times. Legislation makes this a mandatory responsibility of AVQ m’ment. A responsibility RM has repeatedly flaunted for years. And even more so as the Co under RM’s appalling and arrogant behaviour towards crucial SI ministers, towards ASIC and now (as always) towards AVQ shareholders sees our Co suspended from trading while in a critical stage of an even more critical capital raising that now looks dead and buried on its terms.
This current ASIC investigation was most likely and unnecessarily further aggravated by RM’s earlier taunting reply to ASIC’s previous (earlier) suspension notice, when RM in his final paragraph in reply, flagrantly told ASIC (in writing) he would continue his self described ‘mining operations’ on San Jorge with unabated vigour. This was in reply too and after ASIC suspending AVQ and advising AVQ of their concerns re immediate funding etc and too please explain.
The arrogance and ignorance under these current circumstances beggars belief.
