The wording of sentence "finalise a proposed debt restructure." concerns me - "finalise" and "proposed" does not instill confidence when used together.
Hopefully I am wrong as I also have a few shekels tied up here.
Unfortunately with all the potential upside, it looks like cash flow problems have finally caught up.
