mcfj my question too you was genuine (not trolling) re your sentiment but clearly you are feeling pressure for reasons which are your business.
Re AVQ it is hard to tell where it is at as RM has told the shareholders NOTHING re
1: Traxys decisions, as their due diligence period has well expired and still we hear nought from RM.
2: We don't know about Traxy's proposed funding going forward and its impact and effect on AVQ's immediate funding needs.
3: We don't know about Traxy's material offtake decision. Traxy's decision is a vital key to AVQ's critical survival as a company.
4: We don't know about the cap raising though realise we have to wait till the close date goes by, yet again!
5: We don't trust the company announcements because we don't hear anything from the company! Silence is always a worry.
6: Clearly most shareholders would hold grave concerns re their AVQ investments and the cap raising outcome, due to points 1-3 & 5 above.
7: I think there would only be a very small handfull of SH's who share your view that, " suspension has given most posters an opportunity to avoid the trolling behaviour of a few. If nothing else I was enjoying this silence and then comes this crap". AVQ Posters (mostly SH's or former ones) don't want to be treated as mushrooms. SH's want to be informed and not left speculating as to where their AVQ investment is headed. AVQ shareholders want to know how their investment is considering the severe lack of working capital and the high weekly Company outgoings.
8: Re your quote, "it would be in the interests of everyone involved to get this all happening, I am sure you don't share that feeling, but you need to live with that". Well the AVQ shareholders have been asking for and telling RM and BOD's this for years. Me included, and along with so many other disgruntled and frustrated SH.
We have watched, waited and treated as mushrooms for so many years as RM and BOD's have taken AVQ SH's from one bungled litigation mistake to the next.
We have watched a massive erosion of our invested capital and our issued shareholdings.
We have watched repeated excessive payments to consultants for totally unexplained reaqsons!.
We have watched management (mismanagement is more appropriate imv) and BOD's reward themselves way beyond either their performance (which is nil) or industry comparisons.
And their is plenty too that needs to be discussed with any stock and particularly AVQ especially under the current circumstances.
