Sounds like Orminex have something to lose here.
If BGF’s other contracts are structured as per Orminex Model it is hard to understand how MAH could have arrived at an offer price. Hence, I suspect, the extension request. I hope ego’s don’t get in the way here! Alliance contracts can quickly turn into dogs and any goodwill can easily be reversed.
