Let's not forget that the ASX pulled AB1 up on their shabby compliance with listing rules, not because of the nature of the deal.
The listing rules are the to protect investors and to provide an informed market. Don't get me wrong, I think the ASX are practically useless, and that the laws around the market allow for huge manipulation and distortion, but the ASX were just doing their job last time.
AB1 employed a new secretary as a result of the stuff up last time, so hopefully this will be smoother. The stock is due for trade tomorrow.
