It's certainly a good degree of support, although keep in mind it's only a premium on the last few months. It's a tasty discount to the rest of history. I've learnt to maintain a healthy degree of scepticism at all times until results are delivered.

IMO the poor comms is likely a product of a reasonably lean employee cost base. Still, their packs leave a lot to be desired, plus I've lost count of the number of financial errors over time.
