After reading this announcement again it is clear that it has taken the virus to force them to finally tell the truth to shareholders. The gov is not giving them the approvals and they have no idea why. This is in stark contrast to all their announcements for the last 4 years where they said they are working with the gov. It is obvious to everyone other than PSA that the government was just stringing them along until they finally ran out of cash.
