The FDA news is the reason for the trading halt. We were all waiting for that news today. It hasn't come.
The unexpected CR news came to us via the media, not from the company, and for what reason? We don't know, because the first piece of the puzzle has been eliminated from the bigger picture.
The trading halt answers should have been released to the market first, as anticipated. If the CR is needed after that, than it's explained why, prior to all of us grasping at straws.
Clearly BP know why, and THAT is the problem!
