A positive spin here would be, we will be back trading pretty shortly so the company does not see a need to update on the VS. Usually it is the case when the company is confident that VS will be lifted fairly quickly. So no news on the VS is usually good news. Unless they announce due to closing some big deals the VS has to be extended
