It is good and bad.
ASX hold up could and has historically shown to delay for a longer period. Something with the announcement probably have breached some listing rules or corporate governance. They would be cross checking references etc before they allow it to go public.
Worst case is SKN will have to exclude whatever claims they were planning to publicise before being allowed to trade again.
Better than announcing it and having to retrace, so all good Imo
