Here is something to think about SKNers .. HCT said they had applied for TGA approval for Pathaway in Natshield 2-3 weeks ago, to market it here in Australia. It seems clear to me as a HCT holder that Holista do not plan on marketing here in Australia but rather have left that to you guys here (hence our agreement). It would make sense to me that the TGA approval would be better directed/completed for your product not ours.

Maybe that might be the bit of juicy news to go with positive lab results. TGA approval granted for Pathaway used in your product. Timing would seem right.

I think posters need to realise that HCT benefit of SKNs successes & vice versa.. The arguing is rather counter productive. We are partners and have a written agreement in place.
