REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, PolarX Limited (ASXXX) (the Company) requests a voluntary
suspension of its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The Company provides the following information in relation to this request:
- two consecutive trading halts in the Company’s securities were granted on 11 June 2020 for the purpose of considering, planning and executing a capital raising;
- the Company is not in a position to make an announcement at this time;
- the Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until the earlier of
release of the announcement or the commencement of trading on 18 June 2020; and- the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted by the ASX.
