I'm not sure you're quite correct there.
Lundin do remain as a shareholder but there is now no JV whatsoever. it fell away when Lundin failed to contribute to this years program.
therefore PolarX currently own everything 100% on their own. Lundin remain as a shareholder only. there is no JV anymore until or unless PolarX choose another partner.
We will see what's in store for this season v soon anyway.
