There's a few huge problems with the company, most notably the lack of competence among those tasked with managing the business. It's worthy to note that a good sales person does not necessarily transition into a good manager, The Agency are a text book case of a management team (on huge salaries) who's bereft of any business acumen, (although they have tried hard). I can't wait for the worlds best spin doctors to deliver their next chapter in the life of this company, its always an amusing read.
