if the visa deal is now a material announcement and considering the cap raise and visa were announced at the same time, the big question is why not make the visa announcement first, then have a cap raise after that especially if it’s so material in nature that it would cause a significant change in share price and as such minimize dilution to existing holders.
ASX obviously now looking into all the correspondence between CRO and visa to ensure all above board.
