I believe 4DX will face many a hurdle along to way for a fully fledged US takeover, but that is probably to be expected with any AI software. All the old timers and MRI guys won't be too happy. AI is the way moving forward, most industries are/going to start leaning towards AI especially with Industry 4.0 to became standard soon enough.
Also I'm not sure about the scanners however 4DX XV has been used on sheep here in Adelaide at SAHMRI for cystic fibrosis research.
