I just hope that ASX will approve the deal. Don't want to be disappointed again. Previously ASX also rejected one of the deals by Paul Hopper to acquire a CART cell therapy through Suda pharma. The rejection was due to:
1. Suda main business was in designing oral mist spray not cancer therapeutics
2. The acquisition cost for the drug candidate is more than the market cap of the company.
In the end, Paul Hopper IPOed a new bio company , CHM which doubled on IPO day to fund the acquisition. Hope we will not miss this chunk of deals again.
